Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Giovett Gandiatorres and Genia Gray, husband and wife, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans, on December 14, 2022, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 4925 Page 485; the undersigned Mortgage Research Center, LLC d/b/a Veterans United Home Loans, a Missouri Limited Liability Company, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Opelika, Lee County, Alabama, on September 7, 2023, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Lee County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 139, Meadowood, a subdivision located in Section 12, Township 17 North, Range 29 East, Phenix City, Lee County, Alabama, as shown upon a plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Lee County, Alabama in Plat Book 30, Page 2-8..
