The best pet-friendly apartments in Cincinnati have great amenities for you and your furry best friend.
If you’re looking for a new place to live but have a pet your first priority is finding a new apartment that allows pets. Thankfully Cincinnati is one of the best cities for dogs and, notably, the only Midwestern city that made our list.
Cincinnati, by the numbers
This industrious city along the Ohio River stands out for its number of pet supply stores (262) and grooming professionals (125), ranking fourth in both categories. But this city of 308,935 people wasn’t quite as impressive in other categories. Cincinnati tied Fort Lauderdale (a much smaller city) for seventh place in the total number of animal shelters but ranked last among our top-10 list for dog parks.
Not only is it a great place for you and your pet, but it’s also a paw-some city (sorry!) for walkability. Because of this, you and your pooch can take a stroll to nearby parks, restaurants and other entertainment spaces together. Here are some examples of our favorite pet-friendly apartments in Cincinnati.

Crane Factory Flats offers great options for luxury living. They allow pets but do have some breed restrictions. The property includes a state-of-the-art pet spa and grooming facility for your fluffy friend. Nearby are great hikes and trails for you and your pooch to explore.
They offer other amenities for humans, too, such as EV charging stations, a spinning and yoga station and washers and dryers in every unit.

Aspen Pines offers spacious apartments ranging anywhere from 840 to 2,000 square feet. These luxurious apartments are also pet friendly, depending on the breed. They do have a pet limit of two animals and require a deposit of $200 and an additional $25 to your rent each month.
Within the complex, there are several trails and outdoor spaces that are available to walk your dog on. They even have their own fenced-in “bark park” so you can let your dog socialize and play with other dogs safely. For humans, there are several great amenities as well, such as a fitness center, a clubhouse and a swimming pool.

McCauly Crossing is another Cincy apartment complex that welcomes dogs with open arms. They allow most breeds and two pets per apartment. The grounds also include a pet park and walking paths, as you’ll see pictured above.
If you’ve walked your dog for the day but want a little extra workout for yourself, they also have a gym to use. On a cold night, you can warm up by the fire-pits and get to know the other tenants.

They do allow pets but require a deposit of $300 for the initial pet and an additional $35 each month, with an additional $100 deposit for a second pet. Like the other apartments mentioned they also have a pet park, but they also have a pet spa if you feel like pampering your dog or cat. The complex also offers unique amenities such as a PGA golf stimulator and a podcast studio and a wine storage facility.
