“It’s a great way to be one with nature and is a unique place to escape,” says Saad.

The four-bedroom home is being sold fully furnished, including all appliances, furniture, and even a generator. An Eastern, 18-foot skiff motorboat is included for water transport.

The first-floor, open floor plan features wood-paneled walls, exposed beams, and preserved wood floors.
