Is there a free version of Insightly?
Yes. Insightly offers three different account plans, which are as follows:
- A free plan. Insightly’s free plan is for small businesses with limitations on the number of features, records, and users;
- Subscription plans. The subscription-based plans offered by Insightly include more features at a cost per user that can be paid each month or each year, for a discounted rate; and
- A limited-time trial. The Insightly limited-time trial is designed for users to try out the features of their paid plans, minus the commitment.
Can I change Insightly plans?
Yes. For instance, you can sign up for a trial and then change to the free plan, if you do not need the extra space and features. However, if you go beyond any of the limits of the plan you are changing to, you will have to delete any extra records or users first. Because there is no option on the Insightly app to downgrade to the free plan, you will have to contact their support team for help.
If, on the other hand, you want to subscribe to a higher-level plan for some users on your account and a lower-level plan for others on the same account, you may run into trouble. This is because any subscription plan you choose applies to your entire account—and all the users on that account.
With nearly 500 employees and a yearly revenue of $14 million, Insightly has become one of the biggest names in the CRM software and service space. Insightly’s software has helped small to medium sized mortgage companies across the world to better connect with their clients. In particular, it is a one-stop-shop for marketing and scheduling.
As customer relationship management software, Insightly has numerous features that can instantly make life easier for a small mortgage business owner. Your choice on whether it will work for your company will come down to how you want to connect with your clients, and if it will integrate easily with other software you have and your own workflows.
